Training

I bring unique and creative exercises to each session to constantly keep your body guessing to produce the quickest results.  Whether your goal is to lean down, build muscle, train for an athletic event, or just feel and look better, we can work together to make your goals a reality.  My 1 hour session consists of a 5 minute warm up/cool down, then 50 minutes of heart pumping exercises specific to your goals.

 

We will constantly review your progress and diet to make sure you are getting the most out of each workout.

Method

I hold multiple group boot camp classes in Santa Monica, Studio City, and West Hollywood.  A minimum of 3 students is required and each class is limited to 8 students.  This allows me to focus on each participant to ensure correct form in order to maximize workouts.  You can schedule an appointment via phone, email, or live chat to discuss what is right for you.

My Story

  • About Me

    I am a 31 year old fitness fanatic living in West Hollywood, CA for the past 4 years.  I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and thrive on helping others understand more about fitness and how their bodies work to ultimately reach their health and body goals.

     

    I've been that girl that gained the freshman15; well for me it was more like the college 20, so I understand the effort and struggle each of my clients are dealing with.  When I first started working out, I made the mistakes that most people make. I've been the girl that only used the cardio equipment at the gym thinking that was enough.  When I finally learned the benefits of using weights, I felt self-conscious at the gym, unsure how to push my way through the sea of people to use a machine I wanted, and always wondering if I was using the equipment correctly.  I also have been that person who over trained. I finally realized the importance of nutrition but wasn't eating the right foods at the right times to help me maintain or lose weight.  You name it, I've experienced it, and I truly believe my trials and errors are what make me a great trainer.

     

     My clients can expect honest, positive feedback and thorough explanation and demonstration of all exercises with me by their side to make sure their form is perfect so they get the best results.  I welcome the opportunity to make your health and fitness goals into the reality you envision.
